Experience.
Last year while taking classes at the University of Utah I had the joy of working closely with my classmates. I was working with the hospitality group and we were all assigned to work together and plan an event. Our first goal was to have the community involved as much as we possibly could. We quickly decided that we would host a job expo. Planning this event was difficult but in the end it was a success. Knowing that members of our community had found a job brought joy to all of us.

Throughout the process of planning our job fair we were also required to create a business plan. This has been extremely helpful over the last year.
